Gear pumps from 25 to 1,000 liters per minute. Manufactured entirely in AISI-420 stainless steel.

They can be mounted on a monobloc flange or with a flange mounted on a base frame.

Ideal for transferring fats, molasses, oleins, and other products for animal feed and food manufacturing; they are also highly resistant to aggressive or acidic liquids. They can optionally be fitted with a heating chamber in the pump body.

Sealing via standard mechanical seal or rope packing.

- Flow rate: 25 liters/minute at 1,500 rpm.

- Suction: 4 meters self-priming.

- Required piping: minimum 1" gas.

- Maximum pressure: 16 Bars.

- Maximum temperature: 180°C (optional).

Depending on the characteristics of the liquid to be transferred, and upon customer request, we can install our pumps with motors of various power and speeds (at 1,500 rpm, 1,000 rpm, and 750 rpm). We also install pumps on benches, with reducers, etc.
