More than 55 years of experience in the sector guarantee our success. Our company began operations in 1969, providing chip removal machining.
In 1975, we launched our first product: a self-reversing tapping chuck for attaching to column drills.
In 1980, we began designing and manufacturing gear pumps, volumetric meters, and injectors for incorporating fats, oils, oleins, and molasses into compound feed.
We currently manufacture a wide and varied range of gear pumps, our specialty, which can range from 0.5 liters to 1,000 liters per minute for dosing, transfers, incorporations, and industrial processes.
We are a small, third-generation family business made up of technicians specialized in fluid transfer and with extensive experience in machining and machinery manufacturing.
Our founder began designing the first gear pump projects, which today distinguish us in this sector. Other products were also laboriously invented, such as tapping chucks, hydraulic threading machines, semi-automatic hydraulic threading machines, and unique, high-quality products.
We are specialists in transfer and dosing, backed by our extensive experience in the sector and manufacturing. Our team is led by our management team and our workshop's production management.
We have a small, but powerful team of operators, industrial designers, and an assembly line to ensure the quality of our products.
We manufacture medium- and low-pressure gear pumps for a variety of applications, including transfer, dosing, and incorporation of lubricating fluids. We manufacture in a variety of materials, with flow rates ranging from 0.5 to 1,000 liters per minute.
We also manufacture other types of pumps and accessories: magnetic drive pumps, vane pumps, volumetric flow meters, injectors, regulating valves, and all types of accessories and components for our pumps (heating chambers, flanges/couplings, frames/carriages, etc.). With our technical department and our experience, we invest in the design and innovation of new models in various materials, so that our pumps are perfectly adapted to new applications and needs.
Our pumps are used for countless industrial applications. Below we outline the sectors where they are most commonly used:
• Human nutrition
• Animal feed
• Cosmetics products
• Chemical and petrochemical industry
• Recycling of oils and other products
• Manufacture of paints, inks, glues and adhesives
• Phytosanitary industry
We also perform chip removal machining; we have a large workshop with multiple CNC machines and a technical office.
